I have some problems too with two of purchases: RB008005383CN ; RB450426239CN can anyone help please

I bought some clothes through the internet in 2013-05-27 and I still do not get any of my goods, besides I can not even find it by the tracking numbers the sellers gave me, ( RB008005383CN ; RB450426239CN ) What should I do, or anyone could help me. Thank you

The first one was in Beijing on July 2 and the second one was in Guangzhou on the same day.
