Is there a train station in Keqiao? If so, how often is the service (I want to go to/from Hangzhou)

Yes, there is a train station in Keqiao, but it only service for freight transport.
I think you can go to the Keqiao Qingfangcheng Bus Station, you can find the direct buses for Hangzhou.
