Help track my packages. Here are the tracking numbers: RB530199178CN, RB368510637CN

Hi there, can anyone help me track this packages? One says that the status is NULL and I don't know what that means, and the other one is the same since April :(

RB368510637CN was not changed since April and the other one was delivered to Beijing airport on June 30.
It is hard to tell whether its status was no changed.
