For the Z visa application, does China embassy accept China physical examination record?

For the Z application, does the embassy in Malaysia accept the physical examination record issued by the ENTRY-EXIT inspection and quarantine department, instead of doing the physical examination again in Malaysia?

I am afraid not, it should be done in your country at a hospital appointed by the embassy/consulate. But you can try to contact the CVASC for it if possible.
