I am a consultant Doctor attached to Government Hospital, I need to go for a conference in Shanghai

I am a consultant Doctor attached to Government Hospital, I need to go for a conference in Shanghai from 19th June to 25th June 2013. please let me know the documents I need to submit with application? can I apply for a tourist L?

You need to apply for a business F for this conference. Invitation letter from the organizer is required. If invited by a unit, please provide detailed information such as name of the unit, contact number, address, seal of the unit, and representative or the inviter's signature. Other basic requirements are your passport, application form with photo. If neceesary, you should also prepare round-trip ticket and hotel bookings.
