receiving tickets

Hello. I am worried about how and when I will receive my tickets after purchase. IF they send the tickets only a week or two in advance of the day of the train's departure it would be tricky for me because I will be travelling during that time. How will I get the tickets than while travelling? Is there a way to show proof of I.D. at the train station and pick them up there similar to picking up tickets at an airport?

Normally, if the tickets are send to your hotel, then we will arrange the delivery one or two days before your check-in date so that you coule get the tickets when you check-in. While, if you need us to send the ticket to your private address, we will arrange the delivery after we issue the tickets. Certainly, you could also pick up the ticket at the railway station. But you need to queue in line and wait a long time to get your tickets. Therefore, the ideal way is we issue the deliver the tickets for you in advance.
