help tracking a package from Austin Tx to the China Province Quingdao

Hi sent package back to the china province june 9 and the tracking number says it's in chicago here it is July 3, 2013 and still the supplier claims she has not recived the package. I called US Postal internationl they said once it's goes through customs, there is no way they can track it and i need to contact the supplier help and she is not very helpful, my tracking number LC727561595US.

I helped you to track it, but only the information in US can be tracked. So there is no other methods to solve the problem.

Thanks Tom for your assistance. One last question..is there anyway of knowing where this package was taken too once after it was scanned in the postal service in Chicago on June 9, 2013?

But I just found it was successfully delivered on June 23rd. Jiaozhou is the destination, isn't it?
