My item has been sent, but I haven't recieved it yet!

My item was sent, I can see that, but I haven't received it yet, and it has been on the same location now for about maybe 10 - 15 days. I don't understand what is happening. All my other things arrived, but not this one. Please help me to figure out where my item is. RB361313093CN
