my item has been sent, but i haven't recieved it yet!

Question

My item was sent, I can see that, but I haven't received it yet, and it has been on the same location now for about maybe 10 - 15 days. I don't understand what is happening. It was in Hangzhou on June 21.If you order something from China, it is suggested to ask the seller to help you to check it for you at their post office.
