About:China Postal Service

parcel with tracking number CN032505124ZA from South Africa on the 4th June,not received.

The address on the parcel was:NICOLA-BELLE TYSON
THIRD FLOOR,
RIGHT ROOM,
NO.4 UNIT
MEIYUN SUSHE BANPO DONGJIE
TAIYUAN
SHANXI PROVINCE
CHINA
No zip code

No one can trace it and I am worried that it has gone missing. Please assist if you can!

It was already in Taiyuan on June 12 and the status was dispatching.
In general, it will not be lost. Maybe, there is something problem in dispatching.

Thank you, can you tell me where the parcel is,contact number or name of post office? I am really worried and the lady in China can only speak English,therfore unable to communicate well. If I can give her the details,she can ask a friend to help. Sncerely appreciate the help,
