But can you tell me we would be together this year or not. I was born in 1980 and my husband was born on 28 July 1980

we live in deferent country I know you can't tell me if he can get the visa to come here or not but can you tell me we will live together this year or not please and which year would be my Lucky year please

Yes, you can still live together this year.
For your lucky year, 2013 is much luckier than the year for 2014 and 2015.
