Tracking problems: RB584160541CN

I tracked my package RB584160541CN on track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php and found it to be in location 21504300 on 24/06/13. Where is this location and how can I track its progress from now?
Can anyone help please.

It was located at Suzhou on June 24 and from that time on there is no other information updated online.
