I want to know the accurate routes of train from Kashgar city to beijing.

Hello!I am Shiraz from Karachi,Pakistan and since childhood i have a desire to visit china and now i want to visit it as i am above 18 and have budget too.
I want to visit actually the Biejing City and i am interested to go from train or bus and not by Air,so please guide me about the proper train/bus route from K to beijing and what are the places should i visit between these two points.
