New Regulations - What visa for 180 day stay

Hi, with the new regualtions that just came into effect on 1 July, is it still possible to get a 180 day for mother in law to stay with us in Shanghai. If yes what type does she apply for and what documents are required.
She is now in Sha but with new rules i cannot extend her L , it may onle be extended once for 30 days then she must return to Ukraine, this is the new rule.

Hi, are you told by the PSB the L can not be extended? anyway, you are suggested to get answer from them directly as they are the executive of the new regulation.
