Can I apply for Family Visit Visa/Residence Permit?

Hi, I'm an Indonesian married to Taiwanese whom working in mainland PRC. I'm using a L type now and almost due. We have visit local PSB and ask can I apply for Family Visit/Residence Permit, and the officer told us couldn't.
But in this article it's stated "4. For those who visit Taiwan residents living in Mainland, the applicants are required to provide the Entry Permit of Taiwan Residents to the Mainland or Travel Documents of PRC and proof that they live in mainland for more than 6 months". My husband has been working here for almost 2 years. So is it possible for me to apply for Family Visit/Residence Permit? Thanks

Did you bring your husband's Travel Permit to Mainland China for Taiwan Resident and his resident permit? According to the rule, you can apply for it if you bring the related documents.

Thanks Fiona. Just came back again from the PSB. I brought the chinese version article and showed it to the officer. In the beginning the officer said it was released in year 2010 and rules change. We told the officer that we can't find any newer article. Then the officer said ok, we can still use this article. So we will see what is going to happen next.

Thanks.
