You can take the local subway line 2 to reach East Nanjing Road Station and then change to take a taxi to reach your hotel directly.

The subway from the airport to East Nanjing Station take about an hour to an hour and a half and the subway fare is 7RMB. Then to reach the hotel, the taxi fare is around 15 to 20RMB.
