visa appplication during the golden week

Question

I am flying to Shanghai on 11th Oct 2013. Will I receive mine before I leave for Shanghai if I submit my application on 30th Sept 2013?

Usually it takes four working days to process your application. But it might take longer time if the holidays come. The embassy hasn't issued its National Day Holiday Schedule. I suggest you apply for it a bit early in case your trip is ruined.
