xian to guangyuan by road?

We would like to travel XA to Guangyuan, Guangyuan to Chengdu, Chengdu to Chongqing, Chongqing to XA by road (We will take the D trains from Chengdu to Chongqing) because the train is slow. Can we take the bus? We are also happy to rent a car. What is the road like?

Yes, of course, you can use the bus. To Guangyuan, you can take the bus at XA South Bus Station and the timetable is 09:30, 10:30, 10:40, 12:00 and 15:00.From Guangyuan to Chengdu, you can go to local Nanhe Bus Station to take the buses to reach CD. From Chongqing to Xian, it is suggested to take the train or the flight, because as far as I known, the buses journey takes around 26 hours to reach XA from Chongqing.
