I am hoping to visit at the beginning of August to L – EBC but is it rainy most days, is the view of Everest always restricted? Thank you !

It can be warm in L, with the average temperature of around 20C. Shower may happen during that time, but not frequently. I don't agree that the view of Mt. Everest is restricted. Just go and enjoy yourself.
