If your passport has been lost, you must obtain a Statement of Lost Passport from the Exit & Entry Bureau of the Public Security Bureau (PSB), before you can apply for a replacement passport from the embassy in Beijing.0

i have got statement called"confirmation of reporting the loss of passport" contains my name ,birth date,nationality,passport number,where it lost,reported at our bureau on (date),was lost on (date),and finally there is a stamp of administration center bureau, is it the right statement to apply a new passport ?0
