Is visa approved if received a call from the embasy?

I apply student X 3 weeks already..last 2 week i done final interview then. I know that everything is ok because i already submit all the requirements they needed they also called the school.
they called me to get my passport but they did not not tell me about my application is approved or denied. the woman tell me only you will know if you come here. it is really true that embassy personel will not tell you about the visa process. I am confusing and very nervous because its is my first time to apply strudent X.
Whats your idea about this.. She said i will go there tommorrow to get my passport.
