Where to find a fitness center for a long term resident in Haikou?

In that city is there a fitness center?
a public swimming pool?
an English speaking place for acupuncture?

Yes, there are many fitness center and swimming pools in the city. Many communities have them, so I think you can turn to your neighbours for help to find a close one after you reach there.
For acupuncture, it is suggested to go to the local Hospital of TCM.
