As far as I know, this website does not provide the pick-up service in HK, so I think you may need to travel on your own.
The HKIA shuttle bus A21 can take you to reach Nathan Road and then you can walk to reach your hotel easily.
Or you can take the airport express to reach Kowloon Station and then change to take free shuttle bus K1 to reach your hotel easily.
