About:Hong Kong Airport Express

buy 1 get 1 free promotion for the HK Airport Express

For the promotion, if I buy the ticket online today, can I collect few days later and use it on that day? The terms & condition says *only valid on the date of issue*. Thanks.

Yes, you can collect a few days later and use it on that day. It is valid on the day you collect it.

Where are the locations to collect the tickets (both free and purchased)? I understand that I am only able to collect from Tsing Yi, Kowloon and Hong Kong Stations. This defeats the purpose, as I need the ticket to travel from the Airport to Kowloon station in the first place.

From the airport to Kowloon Station, it is no need to show your ticket if you book the ticket online. Only your "Order Confirmation" and the exact credit card you used for placing the order for signature verification are shown when you reached Kowloon Station to get your ticket. Then you can use this ticket to get out of the Kowloon Station.
