I need help please on Tracking package RB967453218CN

Hi, can ne 1 help me on my package RB967453218CN its coming from china to USA its been over 3 weeks I've been to the china post website,USPS n other sites and nothing is found yet on my package.. this is very frustrating How long does it take to up date the china system?!? I hope I didn't get ripped off :(

I also don't track information online, but I know in nornal speed, you may receive your parcel within one and half months.
