What are the best and cheaper way to travel for above place, by MTR or Big Bus or ...........?

At Shenzhen, we will check in at Metropark Hotel, we will stay there for 3D2N.
I planned to go China Folk Cultural Village and Splendid China. How to go there and what is fares?

After check out on 15/12, we will move to Zhuhai. What type of mode transport to use to go there, we have 8 big baggage.
At Zhuhai, we will check in at Guangdong Hotel, we will stay there for 2D1N.

Nextday evening we will move to Macau, how to go from Hotel to Macau.
