About:Chinese Consulates in Thailand

Can I arrange visa in Thailand for Shanghai (China)?

I completely forgot to arrange i for China in the Netherlands (my homecountry). Stupidly enough I am leaving within 2 days to Thailand and Cambodja for travel until the 23th of July. Afterwards I am flying immediately to Shanghai for 27 days (tourism as well).

Can I arrange visa for China in Thailand (Bangkok?) when I arrive there?? If yes, how long does it take?
If not, what are other options?

Please please help me!

I think you can apply in Bangkok. It takes four working days. You may ask a local agency to deal with it. The agency is powerful than us. If you fail, you may go to HK to apply for it.
