About:Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport

what other options for me to travel from Xiamen airport to hanjiang, putian, tq. Is there any train service?

From the airport, you can find direct buses for Putian city. Upon reaching that city, you can take a taxi to reach Hanjiang District directly.
It is not necessary to take the train.
