resident permit changing?

Question

hi there. i currently hold the resident permit which is valid until end of this year, but i have heard from july 1st there will be new kinds of visas issued by the government, and the old ones will have to be changed? i am currently in england, and i will return to china after july 5th. will i have problems getting back?thanks...

Hi, don't worry, your residence permit is ok for entry if it is still valid. Personally, I think it may should be renewed after entry if necessary under this new rule.
