About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

marriage in hongkong

please can anyone tell me if my fiancee who is an american citizen and had a criminal record about 20 years ago could enter hongkong and marry me in there and i am from philippines.we cant marry in the philippines because his in the blacklist because of his criminal record before,thats why we decided to get married in hongkong,please anyone could answer me....

Hi, US passport holders are free of visa to HK for 90 days, so it is ok to enter first and get marriage registered with Births & Deaths General Register Office/Marriage Registration & Records Office. As I know, criminal record is not required. You can search online for more information.
