About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Married Chinese, but not in China

Hi, I married a Chinese lady and have been living in my country with her. She want to go back to live with her family and want us to start a family there. How do i get to get permanent resident visa if i do not yet have a job there?

Hi, it is impossible for you to get a permanent residency now. You are only eligible to apply for a family visit L. Don't worry, this L can be valid for a long time as you are married to a Chinese.
