Hello I will soon be applying for a Z Visa! Do I need a physical? Do my accompanying family members need one as well? Also, if we're going to be there for a year what vaccinations for northeast China are required?

Hi, physical examination record is required for a stay of more than 6 months. Your accompanying family members are required to provide it as well. About vaccinations, Brucellosis and Tick-borne encephalitis are recommended if you will work in northeast China.
