Hi, Serbian passport holders are charged in accordance with relevant regulations in Bilateral Agreements. It is not 4000 yens as I know. Please refer to the embassy directly for the fee.

Hi, Chinese visa fee is very cheap for Serbian passport holders. It is fiftieth as for US passport holders. But I am not sure how much the travel agency will charge for their service. So, please contact the agency for this.
