About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Married for more than 5 years,can get the residence permitt

I'm indonesian married to local guangzhou citizen of china.
My marriage just passed 5 years, will i be easy to get the residence permit?

It depends, you can submit your application for this, but the consular officers have the final say to your application based on relevant regulation.

Not only must you have been married for five years, but you must have been living in China continuously for five years subsequent to getting married. If you meet those requirements, there is a chance you may be eligible to apply.
