living with family there for a long period of time

Hi, I am Filipino who work in China for more 17yrs. I got Z and renew by my employer every year. And I have plan to quit my job for good and stay in china for longer time together with my family. I married a Chinese and having one son. How can I get one and did they allow me stay here for long period of time?
