how can my chinese staff apply for a short term business visa to go to seoul

Hi, she should submit application to South Korean consulate in Guangzhou through a travel agency appointed by the consulate. Please ask her to check the website of the consulate in Guangzhou for the list of the appointed travel agencies (in Chinese version).
