how can my Chinese staff apply for a short term business visa to go to Seoul

We are American firm and will visit Seoul from August 28-31, 2013 with USA agricultural delegation. We have one staff from Shenzhen needs a visa to go along.

How can she apply and what website to visit?

Hi, she should submit application to South Korean consulate in Guangzhou through a travel agency appointed by the consulate. Please ask her to check the website of the consulate in Guangzhou for the list of the appointed travel agencies (in Chinese version).
