From the airport, you can find the airport shuttle bus for Maya Bus Station in Jieyang, so you can take it to reach that bus station.
At Maya Bus Station, you find find directly bus for Jiexi.
If you travel in a group about three or four person, you can take a taxi to reach Jiexi directly and the taxi fare is around 200 to 250RMB.0
