Yes, there are direct buses to Xingyi from KM East Bus Station. There are two buses everyday at 09:30 and 12:30.Or you can choose to take the trains between the two places and they are K232/K229, K182, K484/481, K366/363, K984/K981, K1206/K1207 and 2638.
