Where does the train from Guanghou East Railway Stn stop in Kowloon?

I am travelling from GZ East Railway Stn to Hong Kong. Where does that train stop in Hong Kong and how do I get to the Cosmopolitan Hotel on Queens Road East from that stop please?

That train will reach Hung Hom Station in Kowloon area.
From that station, you can take the West Rail Line to reach East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Then walk to reach Tsim Sha Tsui Station to take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach Admiralty Station. Then you can change to Island Line to reach Causeway Bay Station. Then you can take a taxi to reach your hotel.
