About:Getting to Harbin

What bus can I take to Harbin Ibis Hotel located at 92 Zhaolin Street from the local West Station?

If I were to take a taxi, what will be the approximate fare? Thank you.

For the local west station, do you refer to the west railway station?
If so, you can go to the West Station Square to take bus 96 to reach its terminal at Hazhan Station (the local railway station) and then you can change to take a taxi to reach your hotel directly.
The bus fare 2RMB is and the taxi fare is around 11RMB.
