Informations on temple and tours to Sang Yeh 200 kilometer to Lhasa

I didn't find the information of Nyingma Sang Yeh Temple. Do you mean the Samye Monastery in Shannan region? If yes, you may take bus for 3 hours at western terminal from Lhasa to Shannan and get off at Samye Ferry, where you will take a ferry across the Yarlung Tsangpo River. Then take a truck or bus to Samye Monastery.
Alternatively, you may take bus at the square of Jokhang Temple to the monastery directly, the bus leaves before 8:00 every morning and the earliest one is available at around 6am-7am. Hope it helps.
