About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Where do I get the shuttle bus to go to hotel at Hong Kong station if I use the Airport Express?

I need to get to Excelsior hotel - I heard I can take free shuttle bus but want to know where I would get it?

Yes, after dropping off at HK Station, you will easily find the free shuttle buses according to the guiding signs. Catch bus no. H2 to your hotel directly then.
