Well, both MTR and bus are available.

By MTR: Walk from where you are to Wan Chai MTR Station to take Island line to Central Station, walk from which to HK Station to take Tung Chung line. You need to get off at Olympic Station. Gte out from Exit B and you will walk to the destination within 200m. MTR journey takes around 25min.

By bus: It is suggested to walk to Luard Road, Hennessy Road to take bus no. 905 to Olympic Station, Sham Mong Road. Upon your arrival there, walk to Sham Mong Road. Bus journey takes 45-50min.
