Transfer Passenger NAIA Philippines - Guangzhou - Fuzhou via China Southern Airlines

i am travelling Manila, Philippines (International flight) and will transfer to a different China Southern Airlines aircraft from Baiyun International Airport to fly to Fuzhou (Domestic flight). Do I check out and check in my luggage all over again or does my airline do that for me during the layover? i am travelling with a child so it will really be a lot of help if I know in advance what i have to do.
