Which documents I need to support my application?

We need to send my old passport with my SARHK passport renewal application?

You need to prepare three recent colour photographs with white background, a copy of your existing Hong Kong permanent identity card (PIC) and other supporting documents (if any); ID 843 form can be got at the consular office. Old passport is required as I know. You are suggested to go to embassy/consulate in person for application.
