How do I take the light rail in Chongqing to Liangjiang New Area?

Are the museums open there and if no lightrail, which bus from Wugongli? xie xie

The liangjiang new area covers a large area, which exact place do you refer to?
Generally speaking, the light rail line 3 can take you from Wugongli Subway Station to reach Jiangbei District.
The museums in Liangjiang New Area will open during that time.
