Well, I suggest you take shuttle bus line 1, which will not stop operating until the arrival of the last flight, to its terminus - CAAC Ticket Office, near to GZ Railway Station, which is around 4km from your hotel. Upon your arrival there, you can take a taxi to reach exactly then.
