What is the best approach to travel from Tsuen Wan West to Luohu?

Hi, MTR shall be the best choice.
At Tsuen Wan West Station, you can take West Rail Line to Hung Hom, where you can take East Rail Line to Lo Wu. Cross the immigration border, and you will be at Luohu, Shenzhen.
