My order tracking number is RB482599672CN. Please help?

My order tracking number is RB482599672CN. The tracking info shows some location codes I don't know.
Like 35004900 and 10010200.
It has been almost a month now after ordering.

It was in Beijing airport and was ready for shipping on June 10.
