Parcel Dispatching and the parcel is RB491134527CN

HI i am waiting on a parcel to UK on China Post website is says Dispatching since 24/05/13 how long will it take to arrive in the UK the parcel RB491134527CN was purchased on 09/05/13 so it has now been over a month
should i think it has been lost in Transit any help please
