hi i had a question,how many kind of chinese visa?

I means,when I need to go Beijing or Shanghai do I need to apply again for other types or this the same one that I use to enter of Shenzhen now!Did any one could give me answer please?Thanks

Generally speaking, there are eight kinds. The purpose of your visit decides which kind you are going to apply. If you come to travel in China, you need to apply for a L type. If you come for a business trip, you need to apply for a F type one.
